Traffic has become a huge issue on Vancouver Island especially in Victoria, Langford, Colwood, and Nanaimo. I think the E&N Rail will be a great solution to breaking the traffic gridlock. There is already work underway to get things rolling! With this change, I am more open to the idea of one day moving to areas like Colwood and Langford.
